Production Process:
1. Material Preparation: High-quality silicone material is selected and pre-formed into suitable shapes or sheets.
2. Mold Preparation: Precision molds are created, usually using CNC machining, to define the shape and features of the silicone cup grip.
3. Compression Molding: The pre-formed silicone material is placed into the mold, and then subjected to heat and pressure in a compression molding machine. This process allows the silicone to fill the mold cavity and take on the desired shape.
4. Curing: The molded silicone part is allowed to cure in the mold, ensuring that it fully sets and achieves the necessary physical properties.
5. Demolding: The cured silicone cup grip is carefully removed from the mold.
6. Trimming and Finishing: Excess material or flash is trimmed away, and the part is inspected for quality and adherence to specifications.
