Please take note: For keypads with pronounced surface curvature, we recommend utilizing pad printing (transfer printing) for optimal outcomes.

To ensure that the symbols and text on your silicone rubber keypad, as well as the applied spray paint, stay intact for a long time, it’s crucial to take protective measures against wear and tear. This can include applying protective coatings like PU coating, UV+PU coating, or epoxy coating. Alternatively, using plastic covers can also help safeguard your keypad. By implementing these protective solutions, you can enhance the durability and lifespan of your screen-printed rubber custom keypads.
Streamlined Quoting Process for Silicone Rubber Keypads
Design Submission: Provide your keypad designs in PDF, CAD, STEP, IGS, or slprt formats. If unavailable, physical samples are also accepted.
Design Specifications: Clearly outline the number of legends needed, preferred silicone colors, and whether silicone light guides are required.
Carbon Pills Inclusion: Specify if carbon pills should be included in the keypads for conductivity.
Keypad Surface Requirements: Describe any specific surface treatments desired, such as laser etching, screen printing, spray coating, or UV coating.
Quantity Requirements: Indicate the quantity of keypads needed for an accurate quote.
These key details ensure an efficient initial quote. Other specifics such as stroke, force, durometer, and tactile response can be finalized during the order process. In addition, feel free to mention any special features such as protective coatings, laser etching, or light pipes if applicable.
