A: We do accept OEM orders and offer comprehensive customization services, including product design, mold making, production, logo printing, and packaging. The minimum order quantity (MOQ) is determined based on the production costs and will be calculated after a project review.
Q: How quickly can you provide a quotation, and what are your delivery times for samples and trial orders?

For a quick and accurate quote on custom silicone, rubber, or plastic injection-molded products, please provide samples, detailed drawings, or 3D CAD files (in STEP/STP, PRT, X_T, SLDPRT formats), along with material requirements, quality specifications, mold surface finishing, branding details, custom packing needs, estimated order quantity, and delivery timeline. We will provide a quotation within 48 hours.
2. If you only have an initial concept, we will need 5-8 days to provide an accurate quote. This includes 3-5 days to understand your requirements, create a preliminary sketch, and estimate initial costs, followed by 2-3 days to review design for manufacturability (DFM), modify design drawings, and deliver the final quotation.
3. Depending on the product requirements, it typically takes 7-15 days to create your custom mold and sample.
Q: What services do you offer?

Q: Can you sign an NDA/NNN before sharing 3D drawings?
